About MeddStaff

For hospitals, MeddStaff replaces the round of phone calls that usually follows a gap in the rota. A hospital posts a shift with the role, timing and pay, verified doctors within 30 km apply, and the hospital confirms the one it wants. An emergency shift alerts every available doctor nearby at once. See how hiring works.

For doctors, the MeddStaff Doctor app on Google Play and the App Store shows open shifts from hospitals nearby, closest first, with the pay. Doctors get verified once, set the hours they are free and apply in a tap. Browse open shifts.

Every doctor completes a structured onboarding: their medical council registration, their qualifications from MBBS to postgraduate, super-specialty and fellowships, and the certificates that prove them. Our team reviews each profile before it goes live, usually within 24-48 hours.

Hospitals can also ask for a qualification level and specialty when they post a shift. On the day, doctors check in and out by scanning the hospital's QR code, so every shift keeps its own timesheet.

MeddStaff currently operates in Jaipur.

MeddStaff is currently free for doctors and hospitals. We do not process or hold payments: the hospital pays the doctor directly, at the rate agreed when the shift was posted. If we ever introduce fees, we will say so clearly before they take effect.
